• Air conditioning rooms are not Guaranteed, Please inform us in advance if you need the same.
• All attractions and entrances are subject to availability at the time of issuance.
• SIC/Shared tours operations are based on MOS & weather permitting if due to any technical reason, the tour is non-operational then a refund will be provided for the same.
• All sightseeing’s are from designated points. The guests must reach the same on their own.
• If the guests missed the tour due to not reaching the meeting on time there will be no refund the same will be marked as a show.
• Once booking is confirmed same would be 100% non-refundable.
• Porterage at hotels, airports and seaports, tips, laundry, wines, mineral water, telephone charges and all items of personal nature and also food drinks etc at own expense.
• Standard Check in time is 1400 to 1600hrs and check out is 0900 to 1000hrs.
• Any damage caused to hotel rooms/coach during your stay, shall be borne by the concerned passengers
• If your Travel period falls during a fair or Event period, A supplement cost will be applicable if any.
• The transfer is based on Point to Point Service as mentioned and if they exceed any hours or take any deviation then the guest has to pay the same directly to the driver
• Prices are not guaranteed until the booking has been confirmed as accommodation has not been secured.
• Once we have received a firm acceptance of our quotation, we will begin requesting space and services.
THE QUOTATION DOES NOT INCLUDE:
• Any monastery entrance fees, Any Joy ride or rafting.
• Medical expenses (apart from first aid) and insurance of any kind.
• Tips, laundry, liquors, wines, mineral water, telephone charges, camera fee and items of personal nature.
• Transportation is not on a disposal basis. It is strictly as per the programme; any extra running will be charged extra.
• Any expenses arising out of unforeseen circumstances like flight delay/cancellation/hike in fare, strike or any other natural calamities or any emergency evacuation expenses.
• In case of cancellation or non-utilization of any service (transportation, hotels accommodation (part / full), permits, any complementary ride at Khalsar Dunes etc.) because of any reason (ill health, flight delay / cancellation / hike in fare, strike / road block / bad weather or any other natural calamities) there will be no refund for the unutilized service. The guests will have to bear the extra expenses of change in itinerary

• GST Extra as applicable (05% on the total billing amount)
Please Note – The Names Mentioned in the offer only indicate that our rates/quotes are based using the Hotels mentioned therein, Do not consider this as confirmation mail, since none of the hotels has been booked, Hotels will be booked only once we receive your confirmation. If at the time of operation/reservation request, the hotels envisaged are not available or sold out, we will book similar accommodation or the next best alternative available in accordance with which we will advise you of the supplements or rebates if any. Rates quoted are valid for said dates only and are subject to change without any prior notice any change in the dates will reflect on the given rates.
Payment Terms: –
25% advance at the time of booking confirmation.
75% balance 15 days prior to the travel date.
In case the booking is made within 15 days of travel, 100% advance is required at the time of confirmation.
Cancellation policy: –
15 Days prior to the date of arrival – 25% of the total bill will be charged.
14 Days to 08 Days prior to the date of arrival – 50% of the total bill will be charged.
07 Days less prior to the date of arrival – 100% of the total bill will be charged.
All the arrangements for the tour are pre-planned and prepaid. In case of not completing the tour due to any reason whatsoever, there will not be any refund for any unutilized services. Any extra expense due to any alteration has to be paid extra.
Child Policy: –
Children below 5 years of age are allowed to stay free with their parents without an extra bed.
Children between 5 – 12 years have to take an extra bed at the prescribed rate.
2nd child between 5 – 12 years sharing a parent’s bed have to pay extra as per the prescribed rate.
